Opportunity for you as a front desk supervisor
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Front Office; front desk supervisor who is committed to provide exceptional service in unique and sophisticated environments.
Key Job Responsibilities
- To greet and welcome all guests according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
- To check-in and check-out of guests
- To check guest folio posting are accurate.
- To ensure that all group billing instructions are properly adhered to according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
- To handle guest complaints, inquiries, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow-up.
- To ensure special amenities and services are delivered on time.
- To prepare duty roster and submit to manager for approval.
- To train subordinates according to the standards and procedures of the hotel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the hospitality business.
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
- Good health, mature and pleasant personality, and neat appearance.
- Able to work under pressure.
